PHOTOS: Gotta dance in Ipswich

IPSWICH — A big crowd turned out at Town Hall on Wednesday to see the kindergarten set’s favorite dancing pigs, Gwendolyn and Omar, go Hollywood. Author David Ira Rotenberg read from his book, while dancers from the North Shore Performing Arts Center in Ipswich performed it as a story ballet. The show features Gwendolyn, the “graceful pig” who aspired to be a ballerina, and her friend Omar, as they head to Hollywood, hoping to become musical stars. The program was sponsored by the Ipswich Public Library.
