Hallie E. Albani, 21, of Gloucester was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 152 Washington St., according to a 2:01 a.m. report. The report did not offer any other details on her arrest.

Liza Freiman, 24, of 16 Reid Terrace, Swampscott, was arrested on charges of uttering a false prescription, forgery and attempting to commit a crime at 1:30 p.m. at the CVS, 300 Canal St.


Police arrested three men on disorderly conduct charges at 79 Rainbow Terrace on a report of a “large party,” according to a 12:11 a.m. report. Arrested were Reynaldo Martinez Jr., 30, of Lynn; Eiron R. Pimentel, 30, of Lynn; and Walter A. Pimentel, 34, of Dorchester.

Police were called to the Peabody Essex Museum, 161 Essex St., on a report of a man stealing a ladder at 3:57 a.m. After a brief investigation, David R. Lefebre, 45, homeless from Peabody, was arrested on a charge of larceny of a property over $250.



An unidentified driver of a 2005 Nissan Altima was cited at 1:25 a.m. for texting while driving after the car crashed into a pole at the intersection of Jordan and Curwen roads. No injuries were reported.

A woman reported that someone fired paint balls at her house at 456 Lowell St., according to a 2:55 p.m. report.

Stephen N. Siopis, 31, of 12 Blaney Ave., Peabody, was arrested at 4:40 p.m. on charges of domestic assault, assault with a dangerous weapon and malicious destruction of property under $250.

Michael C. Marciano, 41, of 126 Lowell St., Peabody, was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 10:11 p.m.

Police were called to Crane Brook Way on a report of a man with a gun. Peter J. Schroeder, 42, of 7233 Crane Brook Way, Peabody, was arrested on charges of assault with a dangerous weapon and disorderly conduct at 10:18 p.m.
