An officer dispersed a group of people from Maddy’s Car Wash on Andover Street, according to an 11:13 p.m. log item.
Police received an 11:16 p.m. report that a passenger in an “undescribed” vehicle had pointed a black handgun at a man during a road-rage incident near 89 Main St. An officer was unable to locate the suspect’s vehicle.
The Fire Department extinguished a trash receptacle fire outside McCarthy school on Lake Street, according to an 11:59 p.m. log item.
Police sent a Foster Street man home after receiving a 12:30 a.m. report of an “unwanted patron” at Paddy Kellys on Washington Street. Thirty-two minutes later, police received a report that the man had returned. Subsequently arrested was Leonardo Arroyo Vasquez, 21, of 111 Foster St., Apt. 514, Peabody, on charges of disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
A woman reported at 1:45 a.m. that three youths had assaulted her and her son with bottles at the 7-Eleven at 79 Lowell St.
A Rogers Road man was transported to Beth Israel in Boston after a 10:41 a.m. report that he was suffering from “exacerbation of Lupus.”
A 1:32 a.m. report of a loud group brought police to Lothrop and Dane streets. Police wrote later: “Cleared the water of approximately 25 people ... all parties were very cooperative.” An officer determined that at least one of the people was there on a “birthday swim.”
Police were unable to locate a man “wearing only shorts” who was reported to be on a fire escape at 40 Bow St. at 2:30 a.m.
Police received a 10:32 a.m. report that a window on Virginia Avenue had been “shot out.”
A 3:47 p.m. report that a man was in a construction site at Rantoul and Federal streets resulted in the arrest of Harry Joseph Boutin, 72, of 62 Pleasant St., Beverly, on a charge of trespassing.
