A caller reported at 7:08 a.m. that he noticed a door at Fort Sewall was open and that another door was on the ground. Police reported the matter to the Park and Recreation Department.
A male driver was reported at 2:13 p.m. to be sitting in his car at the back of the parking lot at Marblehead High School just staring into the woods. The man told police he had been paying his respects at Waterside Cemetery and was "unwinding."

Police stopped a 2004 Nissan Murano at 1:55 a.m. on the Bridge Street bypass road that was going more than 10 mph above the speed limit and had no headlights. The driver, who had no driver's license and a Brazilian passport, will be summonsed to court on charges of unlicensed operation, speeding and failure to display lights.
Matthew Pizzo, 40, of 286 Washington St., Salem, was arrested at 4:36 a.m. at his residence on a charge of disturbing the peace after police received repeated complaints of a tenant slamming doors and swearing.
A doctor in a medical building at 84 Highland Ave. reported at 11:18 a.m. that two computers were stolen from his office overnight.
An employee at Busa Wine & Spirits on Traders Way turned over a $5 counterfeit bill that she believes might have been passed the night before.
David Anastos, 42, of 26 W. Dane St., Beverly, was arrested at 350 Essex St. at 11:51 p.m. on charges of illegal possession of lithium and Adderall pills.
