Two women will be summonsed to court after shoplifting under $100 by concealing at J.C. Penney at the Northshore Mall, according to a 5:10 p.m. report.
Christopher Coco, 39, of 18 Cherry St., Danvers, was arrested at 5:34 p.m. and charged with shoplifting over $100 by concealment from J.C. Penney at the Northshore Mall. A 42-year-old woman will be summonsed to court on the same charge.
A group of “youths” at 124 Washington St. reported to police at 7:39 p.m. that a man wearing a beanie hat and orange tank top driving a black Jeep accosted “multiple youths,” accusing them of throwing a snowball at his vehicle. The youths stated that they “felt the man was impaired,” according to the log entry. No suspects were listed in the log.
An intoxicated woman was lying on a snowbank on Tracey Street at 1:11 p.m. She was transported to Beverly Hospital, according to the log.
A past larceny of $1,200 worth of “phone casings from their security devices” by two men was reported at the AT&T store at the Northshore Mall at 7:06 p.m. A surveillance video was turned over to police.
Amanda Pustorino, 17, of Lynn was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct at 52 County St. at 11:53 p.m. A 16-year-old boy was also arrested on charges of disorderly conduct and being a person under 21 possessing liquor.
Jennifer Wolf, 30, of 52 Endicott St., Salem, was arrested and charged with drunken driving after crashing on Gardner Street, according to a 3:21 a.m. police log item.
Police responded to Tannery Gardens, 111 Foster St., on a complaint of an intoxicated man running through the halls without pants on and banging on the walls. Steven Jach, 52, of 111 Foster St., Apt. 212, was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace, according to a 9:01 a.m. report.
An AT&T employee reported that a man in his 20s stole a $550 iPhone from the store. Cameras in the store recorded the theft, according to a 12:37 p.m. report.
Kevin S. Eekhoff, 53, of 29 Hancock St., Salem, was arrested at 8:02 p.m. on charges of domestic assault and battery after allegedly hitting his sister. Police returned to the home at 29 Hancock St. at 8:35 p.m. on a report of a mother and daughter arguing over car keys. An officer advised everyone to stay away from each other for the night, according to the log entry.
A wallet was reported stolen from a car parked on Lafayette Street at 2:28 p.m. There was no damage reported to the car and no suspects.
A shoplifting of $25 worth of merchandise was reported at Walmart at 450 Highland Ave. at 3:12 p.m. Store officials issued the woman a no-trespass order, and she was escorted out of the store and advised not to return.
Robert J. McDuff, 67, of Lynn was arrested after being pulled over on Sgt. James Ayube II Memorial Drive at 5:21 p.m. on a charge of subsequent offense of operating with a suspended license.
A Lafayette Street woman reported to police at 4:02 p.m. that her boyfriend stole the title and bill of sale of her Honda Accord before taking off in the car. Jewelry and cash was also reported missing. Police will investigate.
Eddie Rivera, 34, of Chelsea was arrested at 6:40 a.m. on charges of disturbing the peace and malicious destruction of property over $250 at 7 Harris St.
Jonathan Roy, 26, of 1 Loring Ave., Swampscott, was arrested on a charge of subsequent offense of operating with a suspended license after being pulled over on Essex Street at 1:50 p.m.
Eric Victorine, 41, of 6 St. Hilaire Ave., Danvers, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving (second offense) on Maple Street at 8:25 p.m.
Ryan West, 33, of Lynn was arrested and charged with shoplifting from Best Buy at the Liberty Tree Mall at 1:52 p.m.
John F. Kelly Jr., 80, of 91 Odell Ave., Beverly, was arrested on charges of domestic assault and threatening to commit a crime at his home at 10:23 a.m.
Police helped recover $446 worth of meat from an attempted larceny from 37 Enon St. at 11:17 a.m. The suspect vehicle was a 40-foot red trash truck with “Help Keep Seaside Heights Clean” written on the side, according to the log entry.
A fight broke out in the street near 324 Cabot St. at 3:17 p.m. One man told police he was assaulted by a man he didn’t know.
