A Green Street resident called at 6:21 p.m. to report that a neighbor “keeps touching his property” and moving things in and out of his yard.

Rory O’Brien, 28, of 390 Walnut St., Lynn, was arrested at 12:08 a.m. following a traffic stop on Washington on charges of drunken driving and a one-way street violation.

Peabody Police got a call from Lynn Police at 12:29 p.m. about a suspect they were pursuing with multiple warrants who was headed toward Peabody. Peabody officers apprehended the man after a foot chase in the vicinity of Lynn Street. He was turned over to Lynn Police.
