Steven Penney, 39, of 11 Lyman St., Beverly, was arrested at 5:41 a.m. on Maple Street on a charge of driving with a suspended license.

Starmeka Kelly, 30, of 102 Newbury St., Danvers, was arrested 4:14 p.m. at Best Buy, 230 Independence Way, on a charge of larceny of items worth more than $250.

Monday

Moises Lopez-Nolasco, 29, of 7 Pinkham Place, Apt. 3, Lynn, was arrested at 8 p.m. on Topsfield Road on charges of driving with a revoked license and a marked lanes violation.

Tuesday

Eugene Turner, 22, of 7 Highwood Road, Manchester-by-the-Sea, was arrested at 8:50 p.m. on Main Street by Patrolman Shane Kavanagh on charges of operating under the influence of drugs (second offense), operating to endanger, a marked lanes violation and speeding.
