Police took a report from an individual who said he was sucker-punched at a party on Cabot Street at 11:54 p.m. by an unknown person. He declined medical attention. No one has been charged.

Monday

Police were called to the scene of a vehicle rollover on Balch Street at 8:18 a.m. The driver fell asleep at wheel, police said. He was taken to Beverly Hospital to be evaluated as a precaution.

George Louis, 54, of Boston was arrested at 11:27 a.m. on McPherson Drive on charges of driving after license suspension, driving an uninsured vehicle and failing to report a name or address change to the registry.

Police went to check on a woman lying on the ground on the corner of Livingstone Avenue and Carver Street at 1:32 p.m. Police reported the woman was taking a nap and was not intoxicated.

Police were called to Beverly Bank on Cabot Street at 2:44 p.m. after someone reported finding a red suitcase left outside. Upon further inspection, police determined that it was filled with Beanie Babies.

Monday

A woman reported to police at 1:25 p.m. that her wallet had been taken from her purse while at Shaw’s on Andover Street. The wallet contained her driver’s license and $165, she told police.

Marblehead

Sunday

Nancy Pierce, 55, 18 Oak St, Marblehead, was arrested at 6:54 p.m. on a charge of breaking and entering with intent to commit a felony. Police say she attempted to enter a house on Haley Road.

Marvin Romaro, 18, of Lynn was arrested at 10:51 p.m. at the intersection of Pleasant Street and Ocean Avenue on charges of driving without a license, failing to stay within marked lanes and unsafe driving.

Swampscott

Friday

John Dubuche, 21, of 1000 Loring Ave, Salem, was arrested at 5:19 p.m. on charge of wanton destruction of property at Chipotle, where he was employed. Police reported that the cost of damage exceeded $250.
