A woman reported at 9:06 a.m. that there was Silly String “all over” the front of a building on Sewall Street, as well as empty cans left in front.
Police conducted a traffic stop on Pleasant Street at 11:43 a.m. after deeming a driver’s operation through a detail area “hazardous.” The woman who was pulled over subsequently called 911 to find out what the officer’s name was “because he yelled at her,” police wrote.
Youths on Broughton Road were “screaming all the time” at a neighbor’s house, according to a 5 p.m. report. “It is an ongoing issue of the grandmother not being able to control the kids,” police wrote.
A caller reported “an altercation with two males with shaved heads and goatees wearing white shirts with Crueger written on them” on State Street at 10:58 p.m. The caller reported the two had left the area, but had made comments about “shooting up the bar” before they went. Police were unable to locate them.
A ring found on Fort Sewall Lane was turned over to police at 10:26 a.m.
A man reported at 7:22 p.m. that a car that began flashing its high beams at him after he passed it on Pleasant Street and followed him for 15 minutes afterward. Police were unable to locate the vehicle.
