Richard Greenwood, 46, of 74 Rockland St., Swampscott, was arrested at 3:59 p.m. at his address on charges of domestic assault and battery and witness intimidation.


A resident of Little’s Point Road contacted police at 8:25 a.m. to report a smashed window and the theft of a lawn ornament.

Mary Eaton, 35, of 22 Lee Court, Lynn, was arrested at 10:54 p.m. on Essex Street on charges of driving with a suspended license (subsequent offense), a missing inspection sticker and not having the vehicle registration.



A resident called police at 10:10 a.m. to report a missing dinghy. He described it as a 9-foot, gray inflatable boat with a five-horsepower Suzuki engine. He also made reports to the Salem and Marblehead harbormasters.

A 93-year-old woman suffering from dehydration on Bennett Road was transported to the hospital at 7:26 p.m.


A female resident called police at 3:04 a.m. from Logan Airport to report she had been hit and was bleeding after being dropped off at the airport and wanted to press charges. State police at the airport said they would photograph her injuries. Marblehead police will investigate the matter.

Police went to Foster Street at 8:30 a.m. after getting a call about a lemonade stand that may have been too close to the street. Police didn’t see a problem but said they would put out cones.



An employee at Allstar Enterprises, 23 Upton St., called at 3:30 p.m. to report he had been assaulted by four men in their early 20s who drove off in a car. Police will investigate.


A caller reported a robbery at Olivia’s Market, 122 Foster St., at 5:01 p.m. The suspect was described as a thin black male with short, curly hair, wearing green shorts, a white T-shirt and glasses. The robbery is under investigation.

Charles Reardon, 52, of 3 South Terrace, Beverly, was arrested at 11:01 p.m. on Sparrow Lane on charges of drunken driving, failure to stop, no driver’s license and failure to obey traffic signals.



David Cook, 50, of 6 Southern Manor, Ipswich, was arrested at 10:29 p.m. on two counts of assault with a dangerous weapon (a knife) and charges of failure to stop for a police officer and a one-way street violation.
