Police responded to Harbor View Lane after a 1:56 a.m. report that a male was screaming obscenities. “Caller did not believe he was swimming, but she believed he was on or close to the rocks,” wrote police. An officer subsequently transported the male home.
Police received an 8:54 a.m. report that somebody was selling fireworks on Paradise Road.
An officer was unable to locate an injured seagull that was reported to be on Humphrey Street at 5:41 a.m.
A 10:20 p.m. report that a youth was on the ground brought police to Elliott Street and McPherson Drive. Police determined the youth had run over his finger with a skateboard.
A 1:23 a.m. report of a possible abuse prevention order violation on Dearborn Avenue resulted in the arrest of Frank R. Lamonde, 28, of 48 Curwin Circle, Lynn, on a charge of violating an abuse prevention order.
An 11:01 p.m. report that a man was laying on the ground brought police to Elliott and Greene streets, where they determined “party was getting some sun.”
Police responded to 174 Rantoul St. after a 7:49 p.m. report that “two girls” and “one guy” were fighting. Police wrote: “Report of skinny female all messed up on drugs as primary aggressor. Observed her entering building.”
A male was passed out on the Cabot Street sidewalk, according to an 8:53 p.m. report.
At 9:22 p.m., an officer on West Street arrested Taylor William Marrs, 19, of 30 N. Shetland Road, Danvers, on charges of trespassing and destruction of property.
A 10:10 a.m. report that two brothers were fighting brought police to 15 Orchard St. Kevin M. Sahakian, 22, of the same address, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
Two intoxicated people were hospitalized after a 12:26 a.m. report that they both had fallen and injured themselves on Charnock Street.
