A Flint Street woman reported to police at 2:22 p.m. that a collection agency had told her she owed Comcast $905.78 on an account using her name and address. The woman said she has never had a Comcast account.

Sunday

Police received an anonymous 2:06 p.m. report of a strong odor of marijuana at 9 Magnolia Way. “Officer made contact with the residents,” police wrote. “They were asked to cease any smoking of controlled substances.”

A Collins Street woman reported at 5:20 p.m. that a man and woman were arguing in the apartment above her and that the man had said he “would burn the building down if he did not get his money.” Police determined the two were arguing over rent.

State police reported at 6:22 p.m. that a woman had told them “she was punched by her baby’s dad” before the call was disconnected. Subsequently arrested was Romario Bazile, 23, of 365 Maple St., Lynn, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

Jewelry, documents and other items were reported stolen from a Brown Street house at 7:50 p.m. An officer stated that a sliding glass door on the side of the home had been forced open.

A PlayStation 3 and controllers were reported stolen from an apartment on Foster Street at 7:55 p.m.

A Foster Street man reported at 8:30 p.m. that he had just seen his girlfriend key his motor vehicle. The woman will be summonsed to court for malicious damage to a motor vehicle.

Police responded to a 10:46 p.m. report of a domestic assault at 18 Elm St. and arrested Dayvison Cordearo, 33, of 18 Elm St., Peabody, on charges of domestic assault and battery and witness intimidation.

Monday

A 6:29 a.m. report that a car had struck a fence at 38 Lynnfield St. resulted in the arrest of Victor Negron, 41, of 14 Cherry St., Salem, on charges of drunken driving, second offense; operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license; operating a motor vehicle recklessly so as to endanger; and a marked lanes violation.
