About 1 p.m., police arrested Alexandra Lynn Felix, 18, of 22 Grove St., Salem, on a local warrant with charges of assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon and conspiracy, according to the log.

Police responded to 190 Loring Ave. after a 2:59 p.m. report of a bicycle crash and determined that a 20-year-old woman had crashed into the driver-side door of a 2010 Subaru Outback just as the 30-year-old motorist opened it to exit the vehicle. The cyclist sustained minor injuries and was transported to Salem Hospital. The car sustained minor damage.



Police received a 6:51 a.m. report that there was a large pile of rotten fish somewhere on Dayton Street.

A 54-year-old local woman was taken into protective custody after a 12:34 p.m. report that she was intoxicated at the Market Basket on Endicott Street.

Catalytic converters had been stolen from vehicles at the IRA automotive group on Newbury Street, according to a 4:22 p.m. report.
