Police received a 12:28 p.m. report that a suspicious man had climbed through the window of a home on Franklin Street, but an officer later determined that the man was a homeowner who had locked himself out.
The Fire Department responded to a 911 report of a smoke condition at 89 Washington St. around 9 p.m. and determined that it was due to a “stove problem,” according to radio reports.
Police were called to Sports Medicine North, 1 Orthopedic Drive, at 3:57 p.m. for a patient who locked himself in the bathroom. Derek Armand, 33, of 3 Baldwin Road, Danvers, was arrested on a warrant for drunken driving, negligent operation of a motor vehicle and having alcohol in an open container in a motor vehicle, according to a log report.
Maritza Alicea, 36, of Woburn was arrested on a change of larceny over $250 after allegedly shoplifting from Sears at the Northshore Mall, according to a 5:56 p.m. report. Alicea also had two warrants for shoplifting, one out of Framingham District Court and the other one out of Lowell District Court.
A caller reported to police at 9:22 p.m. that his house at 1 Moulton Road has been “egged” three nights in a row. The resident told police that there was no damage and the egg was washed off the house.
Alissa Myers, 34, of 211/2 Bowditch St. Apt. 2, Peabody, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery and assault with a dangerous weapon (stereo) at her home, according to a 10:56 p.m. report.
Police were called to 80 Foster St., where a man was doing pushups in the street, according to a 1:35 a.m. report. Frank Richardson, 25, of Georgetown was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct, according to the report.
Angelo A. Zammit, 31, of 11 Foster St., Apt. 209, Peabody, was arrested and charged with operating with a revoked license and as a habitual traffic offender after being pulled over by police on Lynnfield Street at 2:25 p.m.
Danielle S. Odell, 29, was arrested at Walgreens, 35 Main St., on two warrants for charges of larceny over $250 and distributing drugs, according to a 12:10 p.m. report.
Tyler M. Ferrier, 20, of 385 Andover St., Danvers, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery at 286 Newbury St., Apt. 146, according to a 12:23 p.m. report.
Police received a 12:47 p.m. report that a man was shooting cans in the woods at 74 Willson St., but they were unable to locate anything suspicious after a walk through the area.
A lumber delivery truck struck a fire hydrant as the driver tried to turn right onto Crombie Street from Essex Street, according to a 3 p.m. report. “The fire hydrant was broken off completely from the base,” police wrote. “There was no visible damage to the vehicle.” No citations were issue or injuries reported.
Greg M. Gibson, 38, of 24 Charles St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of drunken driving after a crash on Bridge Street at 10:12 p.m.
While on patrol at 1:12 a.m., an officer noticed a man — later identified as Christopher Muolo, 24, of Lynn — running behind a vehicle attempting to open the passenger-side door on Margin Street near the police station. When the car was pulled over, Muolo fled on foot toward Mill Street, shouting, “I’m not going back to jail,” according to the log. “Muolo was instructed several times to turn around and place his hands behind his back and failed to do so,” police said. Muolo was arrested on a charge of disorderly conduct.
Melissa Mercier, 27, of Chelsea was arrested on a charge of operating a motor vehicle after license suspension and on a default Beverly warrant at the intersection of Cabot and Cedar streets, according to a 12:13 p.m. report.
Police responded to 21 Rainbow Terrace on mutual aid from Salem State University at 9:21 p.m. after a man was reportedly thrown into a Dumpster on campus. College security chased the suspect to 21 Rainbow Terrace, but police said the resident refused to open the door and they could not enter the building without permission. No charge could be filed because the incident was not observed by officers, according to the report. There were no reported injuries.
Tucker G. Eadon, 20, of Runson, N.J., was arrested on a charge of disturbing the peace at 7 Silver Court at 4:45 a.m. The log report indicates that officers responded to a house party disturbance.
Kelsey B. Litka, 28, of 49 Putnam St., Beverly, was arrested on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, third offense, and a marked lanes violation at the intersection of Dodge and Putnam streets, according to a 5:31 p.m. report.
Adam J. Vigliotta, 29, of 142 Hale St., Beverly, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery at his home, according to a 12:39 a.m. report.
Allie Hitaj, 21, of 30 Dearborn Ave., Beverly, was arrested on charges of drunken driving and a marked lanes violation at the intersection of Cabot and Thorndike streets, according to a 1:57 a.m. report.
Charles Bishop, 57, of 15 Riverside St., Danvers, was arrested at his home on charges on domestic assault and battery and malicious destruction of property over $250, according to 7:05 p.m. report
Jeffrey Lewis, 55, of 82 Bowditch Ave. Ext., Peabody, was arrested on charges of speeding and operating with a suspended license on North Street at 6:55 a.m.
Susan Kenney, 46, of 36 Village Road, Middleton, was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery around 3 p.m., according to police.
