A Peach Highlands resident reported at 11:39 p.m. that his neighbor was having a party and “a drunk is throwing up on his fence right now.”


Police received a 1:03 a.m. report that youths were putting police tape across the road at Atlantic Avenue and Preston Beach Road. “Tape pulled down,” police wrote later.

One person was transported to Salem Hospital with undisclosed injuries after a 2:20 p.m. report that a black Mazda had struck a fence brought emergency personnel to South Street.



A 2:06 p.m. report of suspicious activity at Sears at the Northshore Mall resulted in the arrests of Carmen Cintron, 32, of 14 Granite St., Apt. 308, Haverhill, on charges of credit card fraud over $250, identity fraud and receiving stolen property less than $250; Raymond Nieves, 32, of the same address, on charges of credit card fraud over $250, identity fraud and receiving stolen property under $250; and Miguel Garcia, 31, of 45 Madison St., Apt. 2, Methuen, on charges of credit card fraud over $250, identity fraud, receiving stolen property under $250 and receiving stolen property over $250.

The Fire Department extinguished a mulch fire at 1000 Crane Brook Way at 3:26 p.m.

An Emerson Avenue woman reported at 5:52 p.m. that a 6-foot-1 man with missing front teeth approached her daughter, “scaring her and sending her screaming into the home.” Police were unable to locate him.

A 6:50 p.m. report of domestic dispute between a boyfriend and girlfriend on Pocahontas Drive resulted in the arrest of Joseph Belmonte, 39, of 300 Lynn Shore Drive, Apt. 1010, Lynn, on a charge of aggravated domestic assault and battery. The victim was transported to Lahey North after the incident.


An 11:15 a.m. report of a disturbance at 14 Washington Place resulted in the arrest of Dana Michaud, 21, of 12 Sprague St., Apt. 1, Peabody, on charges of domestic assault and battery and threatening to commit a crime.
