'Hands on the Bus' fundraiser is Sunday

BEVERLY — The Beverly High School Class of 2015 and Beverly Bootstraps are teaming up for a “Hands on the Bus” fundraiser Sunday.

The event involves participants placing their hands on the bus and keeping them there for as long as possible. The last person with their hands on the bus will win a $50 gift certificate to a restaurant of their choice.

Participants are not allowed to remove their hands from the bus at any time. Sitting down, eating food and taking breaks are not allowed.

The competition will be held Sunday at 8 a.m. in the Beverly High School parking lot. A minimum $10 donation is required to participate. The competition will not last for more than eight hours.
