Police received a 10:17 a.m. report that somebody had broken into the Deli House eatery at 48 Congress St. overnight and stolen $150 from a cash register.

An employee of the Kwik Stop at 10 Jefferson Ave. reported at 1:03 p.m. that the store was having ongoing problems with a female who had once tried to return beer and “started yelling” and “accused store employees of discrimination” when informed she couldn’t. Police were unable to locate her.
