Saturday

George H. McKinnon, 62, 207A Dodge St., Beverly, was arrested on charges of drunken driving and failing to use care, city ordinance, at the intersection of Dane and Knowlton streets at 10:11 p.m.

Joshua S. Silva, 23, of Gloucester was arrested on a charge of domestic assault and battery and destruction of property at 40 Stone St. at 2:58 a.m.

Joseph K. Thuranira, 46, 3 Winchester Terrace, Beverly, was arrested on charges of drunken driving, operating with a license suspended and failure to use care after a crash at the intersection of Bridge Street and Western Avenue, according to a 4:33 p.m. report.

Paul J. St. Pierre, 36, of Nashua, N.H., was arrested on a charge of an unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle and a warrant on Cabot Street at 8:29 p.m.

Danvers

Friday

Melody Maceachern, 35, of Lynn, was arrested on charges of shoplifting over $100 by asporation and giving a false name to police at Kohls Department Store, 50 Independence Way, according to a 7:58 p.m. report.

Saturday

Matthew Silva, 36, 65 Longbow Road, Danvers, was arrested on two counts of shoplifting by asportation from Market Basket, 139 Endicott St. at 1:55 p.m.

David Swanson, 50, 106 Ash St., Danvers, was arrested on two counts of shoplifting by asportation from Market Basket, 139 Endicott St. at 1:55 p.m. He also had an additional charge of municipal bylaw violation.

Sunday

Henry Ramirez, 33, of Brooklyn, NY, was arrested on charges of disturbing the peace and assault and battery on a police officer at Courtyard Marriott, 275 Independence Way at 3:24 a.m.

Friday

Three metal vent covers were reported stolen from the back parking lot of Spring Hill Suites, 43 Newbury St., by an employee around 4:27 p.m.

A past break-in to a Mazda Protege was reported at 8:50 p.m. at Sylvan Street Grille, 12 Sylvan St., in which the driver-side rear window was broken and a suitcase with clothing was stolen.
