Police responded to a 1:55 a.m. report of a loud party at 5 Hazel St. and subsequently arrested Michael Ide, 23, of 5 Hazel St., Salem, and Daniel Dellisola, 22, of 5 Hazel St., Salem, each on a charge of disturbing the peace.

A 2:18 a.m. report of domestic assault brought officers to an address on Highland Avenue, where they arrested Angel Avelino, 20, of 56 Dow St., Salem, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.

A man was transported to North Shore Medical Center after he struck the back of a parked truck while riding his moped on Canal Street, according to an 11:03 a.m. report.

Thirteen unknown ammunition rounds were found in a Dumpster on Dodge Street, according to an 11:22 a.m. report. The ammunition will be destroyed.

Smoke was reported in the building at 8 Hawthorne Boulevard at 3:12 p.m. Police determined it was from burned food and there was no fire or damage.

Two people reported having their credit cards stolen at work at 4 Technology Way at 3:43 p.m.
