---- — PEABODY — Two women were arrested on Sunday after a real estate agent spotted them stealing prescription pills from a drawer during an open house, police say.

The department received a 3:49 p.m. report from a Ralph Road homeowner who said her Realtor had spotted the duo taking prescription medication — identified by Lt. Arthur Yeo as Percocet — during the showing and provided a license plate number of a vehicle they left in.

Police stopped that vehicle later in the day at Lynn Street and Tuckers Court and arrested Lisa B. Bergin, 33, of 50 Warren St., Peabody, and Christine M. Davis, 35, of 15 Martinack Ave., Peabody, each on charges of larceny under $250 and illegal possession of a Class B drug.

Bergin was later found to be wanted on a warrant out of Salem on a charge of shoplifting.

Davis was found to be the subject of three warrants: two out of Quincy on charges of breaking and entering into a building during the daytime for a felony and one out of Lynn on a charge of receiving stolen property over $250 and larceny over $250 by false pretense.
