Ashley M. Linear, 24, of 17 Pope St., Salem, was arrested after being stopped on Harris Street at 2:32 p.m. and charged with attaching plates, a marked lanes violation, and operating an unregistered, uninsured vehicle with a suspended license.

Angelo A. Macaya, 27, of 4 Sanborn St., Apt. 2, Peabody, was arrested at 1:31 a.m. at his home and charged with domestic assault.
Police at 8:10 a.m. investigated a report of an unwanted customer making a disturbance at Capone’s Restaurant, 147 Summit St. A 55-year-old man was summonsed for malicious destruction of property worth more than $250 and assault.
Donald L. Dupuis, 42, of 0 Granite St., Peabody, was arrested at 8:43 a.m. after a stop at Brentwood Drive at Ravenwood Road and charged with driving without a license and an outstanding warrant out of Wrentham District Court for two counts of larceny over $250. The truck and trailer he was driving were towed.
A man was cited for texting while driving after the Ford Tempo he was driving struck a telephone pole at 1 Mount Pleasant Drive, according to a 4:11 p.m. report. No injuries were reported.
Legal Sea Foods at the Northshore Mall was reportedly shut down due to a gas leak at 5 p.m. Fire officials investigated. People were let back inside around 5:30 p.m.
A 5:45 p.m. report of a stolen vehicle resulted in the arrest of Robert A. Bouffard, 62, of 1222 Crane Brook Way, Peabody, on charges of receiving stolen property over $250 and larceny under $250.
A deer was struck by a vehicle at 577 Lowell St., according to a 6:36 p.m. report. “The injured deer was euthanized and picked up by a local resident,” police wrote.
A woman reported at 7:32 p.m. that a bottle of perfume had been stolen from her Lowell Street residence the day before.
Elvis Pineda, 35, of 35 Baldwin Ave., Everett, was arrested at 7:55 p.m. at Sears at the Northshore Mall on a charge of shoplifting.
A man reported seeing the couple wanted on child abuse charges out of Plaistow, N.H., on Sprague Street at 7 p.m. Detectives were dispatched to the area, but nobody was detained.

Police received a 12:17 a.m. report that somebody had smashed the window of a vehicle at 154 Washington St. and stolen a $400 iPod.

Daniel S. Zapantis, 27, of 184 Bridge St., Beverly, was arrested and charged with assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, a bottle, at 184 Bridge St. The report originally came in at 4:59 p.m. as a possible attack with a hammer. Police were called again to the address for an ongoing domestic incident at 7:57 p.m.

Police took a report of slashed tires at a residence on Hilltop Drive at 10:49 a.m.
Police took a report of a stolen cellphone from a classroom at Beverly High, 100 Sohier Road, at 11:43 a.m.
David Brown, 47, of 15 Sargent St., Beverly, was arrested at 8:19 p.m., after being stopped at 50 Enon St., and charged with drunken driving, second offense.

A Harbor Street woman reported at 6:45 p.m. that somebody had hacked into her Facebook and iCloud accounts and shut them both down.
Tuesday
A man was arrested on a Boston warrant for assault and battery after officers on patrol saw him inside Salem Laundry after closing. The man said he had entered after finding the door ajar; police secured it and took him into custody.

Police investigated a report of a shoplifter at Gulf Express, 160 Andover St., at 10:26 p.m. The suspect was gone when police arrived.
Monday
A customer’s vehicle was reported stolen at Sunoco, 140 Andover St., at 8:40 a.m.
Sheri Sprague, 23, of Everett was arrested at 50 Centre St. and charged with possession of a Class D drug, marijuana, with intent to distribute.
Police responded to Walmart at 5:51 p.m. and arrested Francis Lora, 20, of 7 Lemon St., Salem, on a charge of shoplifting.
