An officer was unable to locate a man who was reported to be regularly sleeping in a truck parked overnight in the area of 38 Lothrop St.

Police received an 11:34 a.m. report that a business at 278 Rantoul St. had been broken into.



Somebody complained at 5:21 p.m. that kids were going into the woods near 51 Damon St., but an officer later called the report “unfounded.”

Police received a 9:07 p.m. report that a male had threatened the manager of the Buffalo Wild Wings on Independence Way.

An officer conducted a traffic stop on Newbury Street about 11 p.m. and subsequently arrested Anthony Tedesco, 37, of 109 Summer St., Malden, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license.


Police responded to Kohl’s on Independence Way after a 3:19 p.m. report of shoplifting and subsequently arrested Martisse Johnson, 26, of 8 Stanley Terrace, Lynn, and Barbara Jimenez, 23, of 5 Oakwood Ave., Lynn, each on a charge of larceny over $250.



About 3 a.m., police conducted a traffic stop at Boston and Central streets. Subsequently arrested was Selina Barreira, 27, of 26 Oak Ave., Peabody, on charges of illegal possession of a class B substance and illegal possession of a class C substance.
