Sunday

Police received a report at 10 p.m. of an unwanted guest at an apartment building at 30 School St.

Police received a report of a fight at 10:02 p.m. at the AMC Loews movie theater at the Liberty Tree Mall.

Monday

Police took a report at 10:20 a.m. of a stolen car from Herb Chambers Dodge on Route 114.

Peabody

Sunday

A Barbara Lane resident reported to police at 10:17 p.m. that youths were throwing apples at her house.

Kaubi Ferreira, 34, of 11 Littles Lane, Unit 20, Peabody, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed, following a motor vehicle stop on Lowell Street by the Peabody Fire Department.

Lucas Reis, 29, of 14 Bennet St., Beverly, was arrested at 11:30 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding, following a motor vehicle stop on Harris Street.

Joshua Neff, 22, of 8221 Kirkbride St., Danvers, was arrested at 11:58 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct and malicious destruction of property (more than $250) after staff at the Route 1 strip club Cabaret Lounge reported that a guest refused to leave the property.

Monday

A man who was the victim of a hit-and-run crash flagged down a police officer on Lynn Street at 1:16 a.m. to tell police what happened and that he had the license plate number. Peabody police asked Lynn police to stop by the car owner's address, where the wife of Gonzalo A. Quinones, 68, of 388 Eastern Ave., Apt. 1, Lynn, said he had just arrived home. Police will summons Quinones on charges of reckless driving and leaving the scene of an accident with personal injury.

Monday

The Sunoco gas station on Brimbal Avenue called police at midnight after two men were causing a disturbance. When the clerk asked the two men to leave, one knocked over the garbage bin and a cigarette receptacle.

Windover Development reported to police at 6:52 a.m. that a construction trailer on West Street was broken into and a laptop was stolen.

Topsfield

Monday

Byron Perez-Ramirez, 27, of 46 Mall St., Lynn, was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and driving with a revoked registration, following a motor vehicle stop on Route 1 by Salem Street.

Scott T. Bedell, 26, of 200 Coral Drive, Boynton Beach, Fla., was arrested at 1:57 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, following a motor vehicle stop on High Street by Main Street.

Sunday

Police received a report at 4:26 p.m. of a couple trying to sell mini camcorders at the Market Basket parking lot. Police found the couple, who said they are tourists from Italy who bought the cameras in Chinatown in New York City and were looking to sell them before returning to Italy in three days. The two showed passports from the European Union. Police sent the couple on their way and told them they can't sell items in the parking lot.

Winston J. Francis Jr., 26, of 385 Chatham St., Lynn, was arrested at 5:12 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, having an expired inspection sticker and making an illegal U-turn, following a motor vehicle stop on Highland Avenue by Traders Way.

Irvine E. McConney, 31, of 70 Palmer St., Salem, was arrested at 6:11 p.m. and charged with drinking in public, after Patrolmen Kevin St. Pierre and Robert Cunningham reported seeing him drinking a bottle of beer on Palmer Street.

A resident of Gallows Hill Road reported to police at 9:35 p.m. that someone or a group of people damaged her inflatable pumpkin lawn decoration.

Police received a report at 8:20 a.m. of a man sleeping in a sleeping bag in the bushes at 30 Federal St.

Dasheem L.J. Dew, 17, of 37 Winter Island Road, Salem, was arrested at 6:22 p.m. and charged with malicious destruction of property (more than $250) at the Plummer Home for Boys.

Police received a report at 7 p.m. of a suspicious man in a pickup truck at Washington Square West who was watching pornography on his laptop and masturbating. Police checked the area but could not find him.

Jillian Manalaysay, 40 Beacon Hill Ave., Apt. 1, Lynn, was arrested at 6:49 p.m. and charged with shoplifting (third offense) at Marshalls on Paradise Road.
