Wilfredo Chavez, 34, of 63 Highrock St., Lynn, was arrested at 5:41 p.m. and charged with operating without a license after being pulled over at 154 Newbury St.
Viviane DeSouza, 31, of 17 Paleologos St., Peabody, was arrested at 8:35 p.m. and charged with operating without being duly licensed after being stopped at the Outback Steakhouse on Andover Street.
Pedro Ortiz, 37, of 25 Woodman St., Apt. 2, Lynn, was arrested at 9:55 p.m. and charged with operating without a license and a marked lanes violation by Spinelli's on Newbury Street.
Pedro Lopez, 30, of 28R Washington St. was arrested at 10:17 p.m. and charged with operating while not being duly licensed after being pulled over at 14 County St.
Police received two reports of houses being egged at 10:35 p.m. at 111 Bartholomew St. and 10:42 p.m. at 11 St. Anns Ave.
Friday
Brittiney Abbott, 22, of 358 Coxboro Road, Holderness, N.H., and David Roberts, 26, of 12 Highland Ave, Apt. 2, Ipswich, were arrested at 8:21 a.m. and charged with a felony of breaking and entering in the night at 1200 Salem St.
A Newbury Street woman reported at 11:09 a.m. that her female cat, Cookie, has been missing for two days. The cat is tortoise-colored, spayed and microchipped, and not wearing a collar.
Ruben Guzman, 26, of 281 Essex St. Lynn, was arrested at 1:07 p.m. and charged with operating without a license and driving with an unsecured load after being pulled over at the corner of Lowell and Prospect streets.
David Roberts, 26, of 12 Highland St. Apt. 2, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. and charged with trespassing, in the back of the police station.

Police received a report at 8:53 a.m. of a telephone wire knocked down near Essex Street and the Wenham town line. Comcast was notified.
Police notified the city electrician at 1:36 p.m. that the traffic light was out by the Stop & Shop parking lot on Elliott Street, creating a dangerous situation.
Friday
Corey Hickey, 23, of 912 Heights at Cape Ann, Gloucester, was arrested at 10:17 a.m. and charged with trespassing and city knife violation while walking on the railroad tracks.
Danvers
Friday
Police responded around 8:20 p.m. to a report of a boy with alcohol poisoning found in the woods behind Danvers High School. He was transported to the hospital. Police had no further information at press time.
Salem
Thursday
Lamar Hunt, 28, a homeless man in Lynn, was arrested at 10:35 a.m. and charged with trespassing at the Loring Towers on 1000 Loring Ave.
Police received a report at 2:25 p.m. of a fox drying off on the baseball field at Forest River Park. The fox seemed healthy, and onlookers were advised to stay away.
At 2:54 p.m., the owner of The Old Spot on 121 Essex St. reported that someone stole six empty kegs, valued at $20 each, from the back of his restaurant and bar.
Friday
Terry Carter, 22, of 65 Endicott Ave., Revere, was arrested by Salem State police and brought to the Salem police station at 12:22 a.m. Carter was charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.
Police responded at 3:05 p.m. to a report that someone set off a fire extinguisher in the elevator lobby of the eighth floor at Loring Towers, which set off the alarm. Salem Fire responded, and there was no permanent damage but quite a mess.
