Wenham

Thursday

Bonnie Montanez, 23, of 165 Chestnut St., Lynn, was arrested at 3:41 p.m. and charged with illegal possession of prescription pills and giving a false name to a police officer, following a motor vehicle stop on Arbor Street. She was also charged with violating a restraining order, after police said she called her mom looking for bail money. Montanez's mother has a restraining order against her. Detective Jonathan Gray made the arrest.

Middleton

Thursday

Tyler Martin, 26, of 7 Sadler St., Gloucester, was arrested at 9:25 a.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, driving without insurance, driving with a revoked registration and having no inspection, following a motor vehicle stop on Village Road. Patrolman Michael LeColst made the arrest.

Salem

Wednesday

Police responded to Canal Street in front of McDonald's at 4:49 p.m., following a report of a two-vehicle crash. Neither driver was injured, but both vehicles suffered extensive damage. Police said the crash happened when a Subaru Forester heading inbound into Salem turned left into McDonald's and struck the rear end of a Ford Explorer heading in the opposite direction.

David J. Mendonca, 21, of 6 Shamrock St., Peabody, was arrested at 10:30 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct at Heritage Drive. Police said Mendonca urinated through the railings of a porch.

Thursday

Police received a report at 1:06 a.m. of a possible car break-in in progress on Essex Street. Police said the man owned the car and was trying to fix a broken part on the trunk.

An 18-wheeler heading to North Shore Recycles struck three parked cars on Jefferson Avenue but never stopped, according to a report at 10 a.m. from a witness. Police found the truck's driver, Lucius McKnight of South Carolina, but he told police he didn't know he hit any parked cars. Police said they will cite McKnight for leaving the scene of an accident with property damage because of the severity of the damage to the parked cars.

Police received a report at 12:25 p.m. after a man was punched by another man following a road rage incident in North Salem. Police were told the victim could seek out a complaint in district court.

Christina Carney, 22, of 108 Margin St., Salem, was arrested at 9:11 p.m. on a warrant on charges of domestic assault and battery, assault and battery with a dangerous weapon (a floor), and assault with a dangerous weapon (a shod foot), after her sister told police at 1 p.m. they had an argument over access to their mother's car and the argument turned violent. Carney's sister told police Christina kicked a playpen with the victim's 1-year-old son inside. The baby was not injured. The victim said her sister pulled her hair, and the two fell to the ground; then Carney started banging her sister's head against the floor. The victim told police her sister then grabbed the keys and left.

Police received a report at 4:30 p.m. of a stolen mountain bike from Salem Academy Charter School at Shetland Park.

Danvers

Thursday

Domenic Fazio, 33, of 800 Bulfinch Drive, Andover, was arrested at noon and charged with shoplifting at Walmart.

Peabody

Thursday

Police received a report at 6 a.m. of a motorcycle stolen from Caller Street.

A state police cruiser was involved in a crash with another vehicle at 11:40 a.m. on Route 114 by Prospect Street. State police said no one was injured. The cruiser and the other vehicle involved were towed from the scene. State police are investigating the crash.

Beverly

Wednesday

Police received a report at 7:55 p.m. that stewed tomatoes were thrown on a car parked on Rantoul Street.

Police received a report at 8 p.m. of a car break-in on New Balch Street.

Johnny J. Encarnacion, 20, of 4 Beverly Commons Drive, Beverly, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute and having no inspection sticker, following a motor vehicle stop in the 400 block of Cabot Street.

Thursday

Todd M. Titus, 37, of 2 Beverly Commons Drive, Beverly, was arrested at 7:20 a.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license following a motor vehicle stop on Enon Street.
