Wednesday

Steven Pinkham, 46, of 33 Cherry St., Gloucester, was arrested at 5:39 p.m. on Boston Street near Ipswich Road and charged with drunken driving.

Thursday

Bruno Freitas, 28, of 48 Bayrd St., Malden, was arrested at 12:32 a.m. and charged with drunken driving.

Danvers

Thursday

Colleen Thomas, 24, of 96 Union St., South Hamilton, was arrested on Elliot Street at 1:25 a.m. and charged with drunken driving.

Peabody

Thursday

James P. Melanson, 41, of 8 Brookline St., No. 1, Lynn, will be summoned to court on a charge of domestic assault and battery after officers responded to a report of a disturbance on Howard Avenue at 1:16 a.m.

Salem

Wednesday

Officers responding to a report of a motor vehicle accident in the vicinity of 119 Loring Ave. at 7:38 p.m. discovered two cars with extensive front end damage. After a brief investigation it was determined Brian James Patterson, 24, of 13 Vista Ave., Salem, had crossed the solid yellow center line and struck the other vehicle, and he was arrested for a marked lanes violation and drunken driving.
