Abdelhedi Oussama, 50, of 257 North Main St., Andover, was arrested at 2:46 p.m. and charged with larceny (more than $250) or possession of burglary tools, following a report of a shoplifter at Best Buy.
Police received a report at 5:20 p.m. of a fight at Market Basket.
James Haynes, 17, of 17 Wenham St., Danvers, was arrested at 9:52 p.m. and charged with drunken driving, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest, following a report of an intoxicated person at the Liberty Tree Mall.
Police received a report at 11:12 p.m. of a break-in at a Maple Street home.

Eva Hernandez, 23, of 39 Division St., Chelsea, was arrested at 12:15 p.m. and charged with shoplifting at Bob's clothing store.

Ty H. Morin, 24, of 25 New St., Apt. 2, Haverhill, was arrested at 5:30 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and failure to use care in turning, following a motor vehicle crash on Warren Street near Central Street.

Daniel R. Downey, 50, of 5 Esquire Circle, Apt. 1, Peabody, was arrested at 1:28 a.m. and charged with breaking and entering into a motor vehicle and trespassing at Palmetto Auto Sales on Foster Street.
Victoria A. Acosta, 23, of 39 Madison St., Malden, and Jose I. Fuentes, 23, of 121 Bloomingdale St., Apt. 2, Chelsea, were arrested at 12:20 p.m. and charged with credit card fraud at H&M at the Northshore Mall. Acosta was also charged with forgery, uttering a false document and receiving a lost credit card.
Gino Martiniello, 30, of 7 Barnstable Road, Peabody, was arrested at 6:18 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, a lights violation and speeding, following a motor vehicle stop on Lake Street.
Police responded to Brooksby Village at 10:38 p.m. for a report of a disturbance. A gate house officer said he was threatened by a resident he believed to be drunk, who was trying to get into his car. Security told police the man calmed down and went back to his residence.
Mitchell C. Cohen, 43, of 5 Aborn Place, Peabody, was arrested at 10:43 p.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license, following a motor vehicle stop on Aborn Street.

Wayne M. Robinson, 48, of 7 Mount Vernon St., Reading, was arrested at 2 a.m. and charged with drunken driving and an open-container violation, following a report of a car in the middle of Lowell Street by Temi Road.
Nicholas A. Martin, 23, of 116 Poplar Ave., West Springfield, was arrested at 2:36 a.m. and charged with disorderly conduct, following a report of a car crashing into a snowbank on Route 114 near Acura of Peabody.
Stephen M. Golisano, 36, of 126 Saratoga St., East Boston, was arrested at 7:30 a.m. and charged with drug possession, following a report of suspicious activity.
Brianna Watson, 18, of 49 Blaine St., Malden, was arrested at 3:18 p.m. and charged with shoplifting, receiving stolen property (less than $250) and drug possession at Forever 21.

Police received a report at 5:23 p.m. of a car break-in on New Liberty Street. A window was smashed and an iPhone, which was in plain view in the center console, was stolen.
Patrolman Phil Verrette responded to Hawthorne Hotel at 6:10 p.m. for a special assignment: Santa Claus.
A resident of Rainbow Terrace reported to police at 8:11 p.m. that her 32-inch flat-screen television was stolen. There was no sign of forced entry.

Patrolman Fred Dubiel struck a parked car on Gedney Street while backing up from a scene of an arrest.
Alex E. Willis, 82, of 46 Roslyn St., Salem, was arrested at 11 a.m. and charged with negligent driving, following too close, driving with a revoked license and leaving the scene of an accident with property damage, following a motor vehicle crash on Canal Street.
Police received a report at 11:22 a.m. of a car break-in at the South Harbor parking garage. A GPS, iPod, a billfold with expired license and credit cards and a work ID were stolen.
Police received a report at 5:51 p.m. of a break-in at a Northend Avenue address. The resident reported she returned home and found her apartment ransacked. A jewelry box, rent money and two BB guns were stolen.
James P. Malone, 50, of 107 Greenbrier Estate, North Reading, was arrested at 10:37 p.m. and charged with drunken driving (third offense) and a red-light violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Endicott Street.
Sunday
Jose B. Guimaraes, 34, of 10 Tracy St., Peabody, was arrested at 1:30 a.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and creating a harsh and objectionable noise, following a motor vehicle stop on Lafayette Street. Police said they stopped the 2001 Dodge truck on New Derby Street because the driver was racing the engine, causing the altered exhaust system to create a harsh noise.
Alvarado Rubilio, 44, of 14 Bookvale St., Lynn, was arrested at 12:42 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and speeding, following a motor vehicle stop on Bridge Street.

Friday
Kenneth J. Austin, 22, of 20 Webber Ave., Beverly, was arrested at 4 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license.
John H. Conway III, 21, of 47 Chase St., Beverly, and Charles W. McCarthy Jr., 19, of 588 Bay Road, Hamilton, were arrested at 7 p.m. and charged with drug possession with intent to distribute. Conway was also charged with driving while unlicensed and McCarthy was charged with drug possession (second offense).
Heather E. Hildebrand, 39, of 62 Dane St., Beverly, and Cynthia Ward, 55, of 57 Dane St., Beverly, were arrested at 9:45 p.m., following a report of a disturbance at 57 Ward St. Police charged Hildebrand with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest and Ward was charged with assault and battery and assault and battery on a police officer.
