Friday

Noel Perez, 45, of 16 Gardner St., Salem, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery, following a report of a domestic disturbance at her residence.

Saturday

Police received a report at 12:23 a.m. of a man wearing a black coat and drinking a beer.

Benjamin DeLossantos, 20, of 334 Jefferson Ave., Salem, was arrested at 1:40 a.m. and charged with domestic assault and battery in the police station lobby, following an earlier report of domestic disturbance.

Sunday

Police received a report at noon of a man with a shovel assaulting a plow truck on Summit Avenue.

Monday

Adam R. Rohan, 38, of 117 Lafayette St., Salem, was arrested at 1:38 p.m. and charged with disorderly conduct following a report of an undesirable.

Police responded to the Salem YMCA at 6:15 p.m. after a member reported two bracelets were stolen from her gym bag while it was on a bench in the locker room. The gym bag was left unattended for a moment when the bracelets were stolen. The bracelets were worth more than $10,000.

Magaly N. Pojoy, 20, of 88 Broadway, Salem, was arrested at 8:04 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed, following a motor vehicle stop on Broadway.

Marblehead

Saturday

Police responded to a Maple Street home at 6:45 p.m. after the resident, who is in the process of moving, said she had friends over so she could give away some of the things she didn't want. Problem was that someone took her laptop computer, which she needs and wasn't giving away.

Middleton

Monday

Mary Swain, 40, of 103 Newbury St., Unit 16, Danvers, was arrested at 12:30 p.m. and charged with drunken driving, making an illegal turn, and having an expired sticker, following a motor vehicle crash at the intersection of Locust and East streets. There were no injuries in the crash. Patrolmen Matt Armitage and Michael LeColst made the arrest with Sgt. Gayle Haley assisting.

Danvers

Monday

Donald Auger, 39, of 60 Bowdoin St., Malden, was arrested at 1:45 p.m. and charged with larceny (more than $250), possession of burglary tools, and illegal possession of a knife following a report of a shoplifter at Costco.

Richard Hamilton, 50, of 4 Breezy Acres, Epsom, N.H., and Theresa Kenyon, 45, of 9 Washington St., Penacook, N.H., were arrested at 1:52 p.m. and charged with larceny (more than $250) at Walmart.

Peabody

Sunday

Lazaro Flores, 32, of 11 Franklin Ave., Apt. 1, Chelsea, was arrested at 6:09 p.m. and charged with driving with a revoked license, having a license plate covered with snow, and for having illegal after-market lights, following a motor vehicle stop at the Route 1 jug handle.

Elias Dasneves, 32, of 99 Irving St., Apt. 2, Everett, was arrested at 8:52 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and a lights violation, following a motor vehicle stop.

Tony M. Carvalho, 29, of 26 Paleologos St., Peabody, was arrested at 9:45 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and not having a registration in possession, following a motor vehicle stop on Walnut Street.

Monday

Police received a report at noon from staff at Avalon at Crane Brook Way to report a ceiling tile had been cut and it damaged the sprinkler line. Two apartments were flooded and caused approximately $2,000 in damages. Police report there was a back door damaged.

Elizandro Macario, 32, of 304 Boston St., Lynn, was arrested at 3 p.m. and charged with driving while unlicensed and a marked-lanes violation, following a motor vehicle stop on Route 114.

Peter S. Ryan, 48, of 13 Sunset Drive, Wakefield, was arrested at 4:46 p.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license and driving an unregistered vehicle, following a motor vehicle stop on Lowell Street.
