At 7:13 p.m., an officer at 12 Pickett St. arrested David Testa, 58, of the same address, on charges of two counts of violating a harassment prevention order.

Police dispersed a group of people at 335 Rantoul St. at 11:09 a.m.

An officer delivered a verbal warning to a motorist who was driving without plates on Cabot Street around 11:30 a.m.

Tuesday

A Burrill Street woman reported at 5:01 p.m. that her vehicle had come out of gear and rolled into her neighbor’s fence.
