At 5:21 p.m., police responded to a call at 45 Enon St. on a report that a male party broke a piece of plastic off a tanning bed looking for his keys.
Police received a call at 9:10 p.m. on a report of a motor vehicle burglary at 38 School St.
At 7:23 a.m., police received a call from the area of Bridge and Ashton streets regarding property stolen from a truck.
Police received a 12:48 p.m. call from the area of Woodbury Street of a possible marijuana law violation. According to the log, kids in a motor vehicle were possibly using the drug.
A suspicious black Chevrolet Silverado was reported to police at 3:40 p.m. by a caller from 25 Manomet Road. According to the log, a caller stated a silver Nissan approached the vehicle, made an exchange and then left the area.
Police received an unarmed robbery report at 6:21 p.m. from Sunoco on Newbury Street. The log said the suspect fled on foot heading southbound down Route 1. He was described as a white male wearing a gray hoodie, baseball cap, jeans with holes and black shoes. No weapons were used or shown.
Police responded to an 11:09 a.m. dog complaint at 8 Clearwater Road. According to the log, the party left a voice mail complaining of a neighbor who allows his dog to come onto his lawn as he is walking by the property. The caller also stated that the dog owner has come onto his property and has made threats, as well as “uses the dog sexually against him.” Police advised the caller to report allegations to officials or file a complaint in civil court.
At 12:36 p.m., a male party from 7 Edgehill Road called to report the odor of a natural gas coming from the sewer in front of his home. Police notified Peabody Fire Department.
At 12:29 a.m., police arrested Ross Kratman, 19, 65 Quincy Ave., Winthrop, on charges of malicious destruction of property over $25 after police responded to a report from 34 Loring Ave.
Police responded to a 5:19 p.m. larceny call from a Shell gas station on North Street. According to the log, the owner of the gas station said he had video of a female employee taking $250 from the safe.
At 6:54 p.m., police arrested Vincent Caruso, 42, 141 North St., on charges of assault and battery (domestic), and assault and battery by a dangerous weapon, after the alleged victim reported a disturbance to police.
Police received a call at 9 p.m. from 12 Gallows Hill Road regarding a dog complaint. According to the log, a male party was being chased by a black and white pit bull. The victim said he was walking down Gallows Hill Road when he was startled by the dog, who began to bark and growl at him. The pit bull’s front paws scratched the victim’s knees and caused him to fall down. The victim got up and climbed onto a nearby vehicle before running up the stairs of 12 Gallows Road to safety.
At 9:52 p.m., police arrested Odilia Lopez, 28, 38 Boston St., on charges of assault by a dangerous weapon, after police received a call that a party had been threatened with a knife.
At 11:24 p.m., police arrested Diane Karslian, 44, 77 Summer St., on charges of assault and battery after police were called to Summer Street on a report of a domestic dispute.
Police responded to a vandalism call on Front Street at 9:41 a.m. According to the log, the caller reported someone had tagged the side of 15 Front St. with black spray paint stating “TEC” and “ERAU!”
A caller from the area of Harbor Avenue and Nanepashment Street reported an oil leak on the causeway to police at 10:37 a.m. According to the log, the caller said the spill went over the whole roadway, and she was afraid of what may go onto her property.
Police received a call from a resident on Washington Street at 5:05 p.m., reporting kids shining a laser pointer in his window. At 6:33 p.m., a caller from Chestnut Street reported that he observed kids from the neighborhood shining lasers into his windows, as well, and said it has happened in the past. According to the log, the caller from Chestnut Street said the beam was coming from 312 Central St.
A caller from Bessom Street reported to police at 10:12 a.m. that he found a stun gun.
At 3:49 p.m., police arrested Daniel Karakoudas, 27, 29 Dalcologos St., Peabody, and Haridon Duvli, 26, 11 Fisk Ave., Lynn, on charges of larceny over $250. The two were spotted by Marshalls security leaving the Paradise Road store with several hundred dollars worth of merchandise, the log said.
A caller from 14 Page St. reported stolen lawn equipment at 12:59 p.m.
