Police responded to a burglary call in the area of Rantoul Street and Railroad Avenue at 11:03 a.m. after a party reported someone broke into his or her car sometime on Thursday and stole an ATM card, which was then used five times in Beverly.
A “male in just a bathrobe walking down street” in the area of Brimbal Avenue and Herrick Street was reported to police at 10:22 p.m. Police were unable to locate the man.
Police responded to a large fight on Elliot St. at 10:53 p.m. and subsequently arrested Joseph Bingel, 22, 32 Murray St., Peabody, on charges of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon, disorderly conduct and resisting arrest. Police also arrested William Turner, 25, 40 Elliot St., on charges of disturbing the peace after he was belligerent toward them, according to the log.
A party at 122 Main St. reported to police at 2:35 p.m. that an iPhone 5 was stolen from the passenger seat of his vehicle.
Police received a call from 213 Lynn St. at 7:21 p.m. on a report of larceny. The caller said a PlayStation Vita gaming console was stolen sometime Saturday and sold to Game Stop at the Northshore Mall.
A caller from 19 Bradford Road reported at 9:27 a.m. that his two 14-week-old pit bull puppies went missing while he was away on vacation, and he suspects they were stolen.
Lynn police arrested Enrique Pepen, 30, 12 Pope St., Salem, at 5:15 p.m., on charges of assault and battery and assault and battery by a dangerous weapon after he was found at a residence on Sheridan Street in Lynn.
Police responded to 300 Derby St. at 6:46 p.m. on a larceny report. According to the log, a woman said she was performing at Murphy’s Bar and Restaurant on Saturday from 4 p.m. to 7 p.m., and took off a ring during her performance. When the session was over, the ring was gone. The ring was described as half-inch wide, gold, with emeralds and diamonds embedded in the band in the design of a rose.
Police arrested Nicole Bingham, 33, 72 Orne St., on a charge of assault and battery after police responded to a possible domestic call from Orne Street at 10:28 p.m.
Police responded to Walgreens on New Derby Street at 1:18 p.m. and subsequently arrested Carla Alves, 39, 61 Dunlap St., on charges of shoplifting by concealment.
Police received a report at 7:16 p.m. saying the stop sign at Washington and School streets is twisted and on a traffic barrel that appears to be turned around.
Police received a disturbance call from 200 Essex St. at 8:28 a.m. reporting activity at the high school parking lot. According to the log, two large trucks were running, and a large group was causing a disturbance. According to the log, the trucks had permission to be there.
At 7:47 a.m., police arrested Nathan Alden, 37, 13 Hazen Ave., in the area of Maple and Vineyard streets, on charges of driving without an inspection sticker, driving with a revoked or suspended registration, and operating an uninsured motor vehicle.
