Police conducted a traffic stop on Maple Street at 1:28 p.m. and arrested Michael Carey, 52, of 21 Acacia St., Gloucester, on a charge of operating after license revocation and a marked lanes violation. He was also wanted on an outstanding warrant, an officer said.
