An intoxicated person was sleeping outside a room at the Motel 6 on Newbury Street, according to a 4:28 p.m. report.

At 8:47 p.m., an officer on Myles River Road investigated a car that was pulled off the roadway and subsequently arrested four male juveniles on charges of being minors in possession of alcohol.

A woman was transported to Beverly Hospital after she was thrown off a horse shortly before 8 p.m. at the Seven Acres Farm, 260 Moulton St. A firefighter said the woman was also kicked by the horse, but that she was conscious when emergency personnel arrived.
