A window was broken on a motor vehicle on Andover Street, according to an 11:26 a.m. report.

A 1:29 p.m. report of shoplifting brought police to Kohl’s, where they arrested Lyn Brunell, 43, of 14 Chapel St., Somerville, on a charge of larceny over $250.

Police received a 3:48 p.m. report of shoplifting at Walmart.

Paul Merrill, 51, of 38 Harrison St., Haverhill, was arrested on charges of shoplifting and shoplifting over $100.

Police received a 4:53 p.m. report that the gazebo at Leslie’s Retreat Dog Park had been damaged. An officer determined that a bench was missing from the area, along with “fifteen rails” on the gazebo.

A 7:22 p.m. report of a domestic dispute brought police to 98 North St., where they determined a father and daughter were arguing after the father took the daughter’s cell phone away “because she would not answer it when he called.” Police responded to the Lifebridge Shelter at 56 Margin St. after a 7:23 p.m. report of an assault and arrested Christopher Thomas, 25, of 79 Boston St., Salem, on a charge of assault and battery by dangerous weapon.

A 9:28 p.m. report of a domestic dispute at 286 Washington St. resulted in the arrest of Colleen Keenan, 54, of 286 Washington St., Salem, on a charge of assault and battery by dangerous weapon.

Police responded to a 9:41 p.m. report that a man had been assaulted at Argie’s Liquors and subsequently arrested TyroneEllison, 33, of 1000 Loring Ave., Salem, on a charge of assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.

The Fire Department extricated a 26-year-old man from his vehicle following a two-car crash at 214 Jefferson Ave. which was initially reported at 10:04 p.m. The man was transported to North Shore Medical Center with unknown injuries.

Police responded to a 1:33 a.m. report of a man sleeping inside a vehicle at 38 Salem St. JesseCunha, 22, of 23 Mertel St., Stoneham, was arrested on charges of illegal possession of a class B substance, illegal possession of a class C substance and two counts of illegal possession of a class E substance.
