Officers happened upon a fight in progress in the area of Klop Alley at 12:50 a.m., according to the log. Subsequently arrested were Brendan McDonough, 23, of 85 Archer St., Lynn, Paul McBurney, 23, of 9 Westledge Road, Marblehead, and Luis Marques, 25, of 127 Canal St., Salem, each on a charge of disorderly conduct.

Officers responded to a 1:06 a.m. report of people yelling at 10 First St. and determined a woman there was arguing on the phone with her boyfriend.

A 6:37 a.m. report of a man yelling brought police to the Starbucks at 211 Washington St., where a manager told them the man had been telling people not to go into the shop because they had an “elevated superior complex.” Police wrote: “He was sent on his way and asked not to come back.”

Thursday

A vehicle stop at Andover Street and Rosewood Drive resulted in the arrest of Daniel David, 19, of 58 Grove St., Gloucester, on charges of driving under the influence of drugs, possession of a class D substance with intent to distribute and negligent operation of a motor vehicle. An officer said David was stopped after he failed to obey police directions at the scene of a rollover accident.

Police responded to a 9:23 p.m. report of shoplifting at Walmart and subsequently arrested Jamie Steen, 36, of 63 Sohier Road, Beverly, and Jennifer Frongillo, 29, of 61 Herrick St., Beverly, each on a charge of larceny over $250.

Friday

Police took a 12:01 a.m. report that an employee had stolen from Best Buy.
