John A. DiStefano, 24, 42 Jerad Place Road, North Andover, was arrested, as logged at 9:58 p.m., at the YMCA Early Learning Center on Main Street for trespassing.
Michael Everett Agnew, 60, 68 Dane St., Beverly, was arrested, as logged at 9:50 p.m., on Lothrop Street on charges of driving with a suspended license — a charge he’s been previously held responsible on — and failing to stop or yield. Responding were Sgt. David Faustino and detective Dana Nicholson.
Police noted at 8:45 a.m. a hazardous situation at Rantoul and Fayette streets where Windover Construction’s takeover of the public way is blocking the view of the crosswalk. “A pedestrian in the crosswalk may not be seen by motorists until they clear the Windover Construction zone,” according to the log.
A vehicle was reported broken into on Broughton Drive, according to the log at 9:20 a.m.
Luis Visot-Maldonado, 30, 26 Newhall St., Lynn, was arrested, as logged at 3:29 p.m., on Elliott Street on a charge of driving without a license. Responding were Patrolman Erik Abrahamson and detective Dana Nicholson.
A housebreak was reported on Water Street at 6:14 p.m.
An accident on Route 114 was reported with personal injury, as logged at 6:27 p.m.
The Lahey Hitchcock Clinic on Federal Street alerted police at 11:59 a.m. to “anti-Semitic threats.”
Cars are not allowed on the rail trail and police were called at 6:46 p.m. when one was seen there.
UPDATE: The defendant of this case was found not guilty of the charge on Sept. 4, 2013. Zachary Navarro, 30, 308 Maple St., Danvers, was arrested, as logged at 11:51 p.m., on Endicott Street by Officer Peter Shabowich, on a charge of drunk driving.
Osvaldo Nolasco, 37, 65 Johnson St., Lynn, was arrested at 4:14 p.m. on Main Street by Officer Shane Cavanaugh on charges of drunk driving, this follows two previous convictions, driving to endanger, driving with a suspended license, with a revoked registration, with no insurance, marked lane violations and giving a false name to police. He was stopped following a hit and run incident in Hamilton.
