A 9:44 p.m. report of a domestic dispute brought police to 64 Harbor St., where they determined a man and his step-daughter were arguing over heating in the apartment. Police subsequently arrested the man on a warrant out of Lowell.
A woman reported at 11:32 p.m. that she had received a Facebook message from her ex-boyfriend that read “Kumar” and “DC Bhai.” The woman said she didn’t know what that meant.
A man and woman were running down Palmer Street at 1:06 a.m., according to a report. “A check of the area was made without success,” wrote an officer.
Police responded to a 1:30 a.m. report of an accident at Washington and Norman streets, where the driver of a Nissan said the driver of a BMW had strayed across the yellow line and collided with his vehicle. The BMW driver, identified as Arber Theodhor, 27, of 13 Messervy St., Salem, said he had one drink before the accident and was “unable to recall what had happened and kept asking to review street camera tapes,” according to the log. Theodhor was arrested on charges of drunken driving and a marked lanes violation after he failed two field sobriety tests, police said. No injuries were reported.
Police responded to a 3:42 a.m. report of a domestic dispute at 1 Carol Way and determined two people were arguing over their relationship.
Jewelry was stolen from a residence on Paradise Road, according to a 10:50 a.m. report.
Police received a 2:41 p.m. report of a child on the sidewalk at 602 Loring Ave., but an officer was unable to locate the child or anything suspicious.
Police received a 7:15 p.m. report that somebody was looking into cars at 15 Newbury St., but an area check didn’t yield anything suspicious.
