SLIDESHOW: Beverly Cub Scouts hold flag retirement ceremony

Members of Beverly's Cub Scout Pack 4 held a retirement ceremony for old, dirty and torn U.S. flags on March 23 at Lynch Park. Marine Staff Sgt. David Briley, a Beverly resident and Scout leader, helped organize the event. Residents and business owners in the city were encouraged to bring their old U.S. flags for proper retirement.
