College students return to North Shore

Enrollments up; new buildings on some campuses

At North Shore Community College, students will be greeting a new interim president, Janice Forsstrom, who is leading the college while a successor is sought for president Wayne Burton. Burton retired this summer after 13 years as president.

Forsstrom, a Peabody resident, is a familiar face, however, having worked at the college in various capacities for 34 years.
