An 8:14 a.m. report that a tractor trailer had struck a tree branch brought police to 4 Allens Lane. “Officers assisted the truck in extricating itself from the tree branches,” police wrote later.

A Wheeler Street woman reported at 1:03 p.m. that her neighbor was “yelling, crying and carrying on inside the home.” Police spoke to the man and determined “he had been upset at things that were going on but appears to be fine at this time.”

Police received a report about 6:30 p.m. that a 60-year-old woman had suffered a possible stroke in the pool at the Atlantis Sports Club & Spa at 50 Ferncroft Road. The woman had been pulled from the water, according to radio reports.



Police conducted a traffic stop on Humphrey Street at 8 a.m. and subsequently arrested Ravair Costa, 25, of 34 Francis St., Everett, on a charge of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and a number plate violation.

A traffic stop on Cherry Street at 1:46 p.m. resulted in the arrest of Christopher Nagle, 19, of 39 Rockaway St., Lynn, on charges of operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and registration not in possession.

A male on Ocean View Road reported at 5:51 p.m. that his 17-year-old brother had been “acting up” but then “calmed down when he called 911.”


A female on Paradise Road reported at 4:11 p.m. that her ex-boyfriend had used her personal information to obtain a Comcast account, on which he had run up a large balance.

A Humphrey Terrace man reported at 7:47 p.m. that a skunk in his front yard “ain’t backing down,” according to the log.



A 1:20 a.m. report that somebody had possibly been assaulted in the vicinity of Washington Square South resulted in the arrest of Jennifer R. Reynolds, 29, of 45 Woodland Road, Revere, on a charge of domestic assault and battery.
