Police responded to 7 Heritage Drive after a 3:04 a.m. report that somebody was breaking in through a window and subsequently arrested Ray Recupero, 55, of 10 Kelly Lane, Lynn, on a charge of malicious destruction of property under $250. He was also wanted on a warrant, according to the log.

At 6:11 a.m., officers responded to 116 Lafayette St. for a report of a possible fight inside an apartment. A woman reported that her son had pushed her and taken her cellphone; subsequently arrested was Keith Bourassa, 29, of the same address, on a charge of domestic assault and battery and intimidation of a witness. He was also wanted on a warrant, according to the log.

A 12:34 p.m. report of a shoplifter at CVS at 200 Essex St. resulted in the arrest of Deshea St. Jacques, 30, of 14 Cherry St., Salem, on charges of shoplifting by asportation and disturbing the peace.

Police were unable to locate somebody who was reported to be urinating in the area of Washington Square at 5:45 p.m.

A man reported about 9:30 p.m. that he had been driving down Planters Street when he heard a female voice yell, “The speed limit is 15 miles per hour!” Then he heard a crash, got out of his car and determined its front headlight was broken. When he returned to the area where he had heard the voice, he found a female sitting in the driveway of 20 Planters St., drinking a beer. When he asked “why she threw a bottle at his car,” the female denied having done so. An officer was unable to find any glass or “evidence of any glass breaking” in the area and advised the man he could file his own charges if he wanted to.

A 9:42 p.m. report of a domestic disturbance at 29 Perkins St. resulted in the arrest of Jose Antonio Baez, 24, of the same address, on charges of two counts of malicious destruction of property over $250.
