Four new faces elected to Council

Ward 3 Councilor Jim Latter, 48, beat 43-year-old challenger Scott Hunt, 842 votes to 266.

“I think I’ve done a lot of hard work and that showed at the polls today,” Latter said. “I am looking forward to working with a new administration and looking forward to another two years with my good friend Paul Guanci as president.”

Ward 4 Councilor Scott Houseman, 58, defeated 30-year-old John Mullady, 1,227 votes to 614.
