2nd woman arrested in stabbing

BEVERLY — A second woman has been arrested, following a stabbing on Friday that left two women injured.

Linette Figueroa, 19, of Brockton is charged with assault to murder, carrying a dangerous weapon (a knife), being an accessory after the fact and two counts of armed assault to murder. Police arrested Dionne S. Duarte, 23, of Randolph earlier.

Two women were taken to Beverly Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries following the stabbing, which happened when a dispute among neighbors at 34 Grant St., turned violent.

No further information by police was available last night.
