Mrs. Diana Jo (Beattie) Ritchie, 78, of Topsfield, beloved wife of the late James Joseph Ritchie, died Friday, April 13, 2012, surrounded by her children.
Born in Tulsa, Okla., she was the daughter of the late Richard L. and Helen L. (Ledford) Beattie. She was raised and educated in Tulsa, where she made her home for many years. She was a beloved wife, mother and grandmother who enjoyed spending time with her family and will be deeply missed.
Diana is survived by her three daughters, Trish Stanley (Justin) and their children Helen and Matthew of Kansas City, Mo.; Leigh Doyle (Peter) and their children Elizabeth, Philip, Madeline & John of Topsfield; Meredith Palmer (John) and their children Katherine and Andrew of Marblehead; and her son, Chris Ritchie (Susan) and their children Michael, Peter and Caitlin of Minneapolis, Minn.
She is also survived by her sisters, Pattie Rutherford of California, Lucy Pennington of North Carolina, and Cyndia Dasher and Andrea Madison of Oklahoma. She was also the sister of the late Richard Beattie.
