Gloucester — Katherine C. McCullough, 47, of Gloucester, died on Thursday, January 2, 2014, at the Addison Gilbert Hospital in Gloucester, following a long illness.
Born and raised in Salem, she was the daughter of James R. McCullough, and stepdaughter of Cynthia (Bettinger) McCullough, and daughter of Virginia (Nimblett) McCullough Castonguay. Kathy had been a resident of Gloucester for the past 12 year.
She will be greatly missed by her loving family and many friends.
In addition to her mother, who resides in Peabody, and father and stepmother, who reside in Nahant, she is survived by three sisters, Cynthia M. McCullough of Peabody, Corey A. McCullough of Salem, Pamela S. Ramalho and her husband, Robert, of Manchester, N.H.; four brothers, James R. McCullough Jr. of Rhode Island, Daniel A. McCullough and his wife, Karen, of Manchester, N.H., Kevin McCullough and his wife Sherri of Danvers, and Mark J. Castonguay of Salem; and three stepsisters, Sheila, Sheryl and Kelly; many nieces and nephews, including her godchild, Michelle; and great-nieces and great-nephews. She was predeceased by her stepfather, Roger J. Castonguay; and brother, Brandon Castonguay.
ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are invited to her visiting hours on Friday, January 10, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., at the Levesque Funeral Home, 163 Lafayette St., Route 114.1A, Salem, to be followed by her funeral service in the funeral home at 2 p.m.
