Regina H. Chemelski, 95


SALEM — Regina H. (Miaskiewicz) Chemelski, 95, died on Thursday, August 15, 2013, at Twin Oaks Nursing Center, Danvers, following a long illness.

Born in Salem, she was the daughter of the late Jozef and Helen (Pokorski) Miaskiewicz, and was a lifelong resident of the city. She was a longtime communicant of the St. Thomas the Apostle Church, Salem, and enjoyed bowling.

Mrs. Chemelski is survived by one son, Bruce Chemelski and his wife, Helene Girard-Kennedy of Biddeford, Maine; two grandchildren, Benjamin Chemelski and Meghan Chemelski, both of Baltimore, Md.; and one nephew, Norman R. and his wife, Claire Tache of Wolfboro, N.H.
