Charles Dwight Hanson III, 60


Danvers — Charles Dwight Hanson, III, 60, died on December 19, 2012, in Boston from injuries sustained from a fall at his home.

Born in Beverly on May 20, 1952, he was the son of the late Charles and Katina Hanson, Jr. He was raised and educated in Danvers and was a graduate of St. John’s Preparatory School, Class of 1970.

Dwight was employed by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts at the Hogan Regional Center and Tewksbury State Hospital prior to his retirement. He enjoyed gardening and riding his tricycle.

He is survived by three sons, Joshua, Jacob, and Benjamin, 3 grandchildren, Courtney, Cooper, and Tristan, a brother Stephen and his wife Victoria, a niece, Jessica, and a grandnephew Landon.

ARRANGEMENTS: A Graveside Service will be held on Thursday, January 3, 2012, at 11AM in Annunciation Cemetery, Hobart St., Danvers. Relatives and friends are invited.
