Leslie Ellen (Cove) Palmer, 68


Swampscott — Leslie Ellen (Cove) Palmer, 68, of Swampscott, died peacefully Thursday, September 26th at the Lafayette House in Marblehead surrounded by her family after a long battle with cancer.

A Marblehead High School class of '63 graduate, she was actively involved in planning class reunions. Leslie was the office manager for many years at R.E. Moulton Insurance Agency and Kernwood Country Club.

She is survived by her husband Lewis "Rick" Palmer also of Swampscott, her son and daughter-in-law Greg and Joanna of Salem, her mother Winifred Long Cove, her brother Peter M. Cove and sister-in-law Lee Bowes of New York, N.Y., as well as several nieces, nephews, grand-nieces and grand-nephews.

ARRANGEMENTS: Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend a graveside ceremony at Harmony Grove Cemetery, 30 Grove St. in Salem on Monday, September 30 at 2pm.
