Cecile R. (Bouchard) Moreau, 82

Peabody — Dedicated wife, loving mother, grandmother, and great grandmother, Cecile R. (Bouchard) Moreau, 82, of Peabody, died peacefully and surrounded by her loving family, Saturday, May 17, 2014, at Kaplan Family Hospice House in Danvers.

She was the beloved wife of Robert J. Moreau for 53 years, until his passing on April 12, 2010. They are now together again, with their daughter, Patricia, in Heaven.

Born July 19, 1931, she was the daughter of the late Aristide J. and Marie L. (Harvey) Bouchard. She was preceded in death by her brothers George, Maurice and Harvey; and her sister, Emma. She is survived by her sister, Jacqueline of Quincy.

She was a graduate of St. Joseph's in Salem. She was a stay at home wife and mother, and volunteered at the J.B. Thomas Hospital for many years.

Cecile and her husband had a Harley Davidson and belonged to many different motorcycle clubs. She enjoyed traveling, dining out with her family, and going to Salem Willows for her favorite chop suey and pepper steak sandwiches. She also enjoyed having morning coffee with her dear friends at the North Shore Mall. Her kindness and generosity will never be forgotten.

She will be missed dearly, and will be in the hearts of her family and friends forever.

She is survived by her son, George and his wife, Jennifer, of Newburyport; her daughter, Janet and her husband, Bill Parasco of Sandown, N.H.; she was preceded in death by her cherished and beloved daughter, Patricia Moreau Foshage; and leaves a son-in-law, Bill Foshage of Salem. She was the "Mimi" to her six grandchildren, Krystin, Andrea, Jessica, Deanna, Rebecca, Billy; and her great-grandchildren, Kayle and Kamryn, and soon to be born Ariana; and several nieces and nephews. She also leaves behind her cat, Sweetie Pie (Harley).

ARRANGEMENTS: Her funeral service will be held Friday, at 9 a.m., at the Conway, Cahill-Brodeur Funeral Home, 82 Lynn St., Peabody, followed by a funeral Mass at 10 a.m., at St. John’s Church, Peabody, to which relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend.
