BEVERLY — Vivian D. Mitchell, 89, formally of Beverly, Alton Bay, N.H., and Seminole, Fla., passed away peacefully at her daughter’s home in Beverly, on Tuesday October 9. Vivian is the beloved wife of the late Edwin F. Mitchell with whom she shared 49 years of marriage.
She is survived by one son, Stephen F. Mitchell and his fiancée Gail Hannable of Beverly; five daughters, Vicki L. Graffum and her husband Robert of Georgetown, Karen L. Rivers and her fiancé Jay Levy of Beverly, Dale J. Dodge of Stoneham, Deborah J. Colucci of Danvers and Claudia B. Murray and her husband Jay of Danvers; 13 grandchildren, Amy Graffum, Sarah Masys, Scott Corelle, Christopher Mitchell, Katy Weeks, Jennifer Davis, Adam Colucci, Jessica Colucci, Eric Dodge, Kelley Dodge, Brett Dodge, Brian Murray and Heidi Hoge; and 20 great-grandchildren. Vivian was predeceased by her beloved grandson, Stephen Corelle of Danvers and Marblehead.
ARRANGEMENTS: A Funeral Service will be held at the Second Congregational Church, 35 Conant Street, Beverly, on Friday at 11 a.m. Relatives and friends are invited to attend.
